As the Senior HR Manager at 100 Resilient Cities, Priya is responsible for several key organizational processes and programs, including performance management, learning and development, and compensation and benefits. She also handles ongoing issues like HR data and records, employee relations, visas and immigration, and recruiting and serves as a trusted HR advisor and employee resource.
Prior to 100 Resilient Cities, Priya led the HR and recruiting efforts for the technology team at Tower Research Capital LLC, a quantitative trading firm. Among her responsibilities at Tower, Priya served as an HR Business Partner to senior leaders on the technology team, oversaw the global expansion of the technology group, spearheaded on-campus recruiting, and designed an intensive new hire training program.
Priya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Psychology, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Columbia University, and is a certified SHRM Senior Professional in Human Resources.
