Anne Hoolihan joins 100 Resilient Cities after nearly 8 years working for a nonprofit organization focusing on high school international education. She brings extensive experience in program operations, system and process improvement, program implementation, database design, and data analytics. Most recently, she worked as the Manager of Inbound Program Operations at AFS Intercultural Programs. Throughout her years at AFS, she held roles in both the operational side of programs as well as the recruitment and program delivery side, while managing a team of staff in both roles. It was at AFS where Anne gained skills and experience working for a global nonprofit, tasked with building successful partnerships along with communicating and collaborating with over 65 countries around the world on program operations, implementation, goal tracking and strategy development. Additionally, Anne served as a Technical Project Lead, on database enhancements and rollout in areas including, UX design, modules and portals, database tracking, testing, training and implementation. As an active Trainer of the Trainers, Anne utilized these skills to organize and lead numerous trainings for volunteers around the U.S., staff and international partners. Anne received a B.A. in Political Science and Nonprofit Management/Leadership from the University of San Diego and is a proud native northern Minnesotan.
