As Senior Manager for Monitoring and Evaluation, Ameneé supports the Knowledge and Impact Team’s efforts to advance understanding of urban resilience challenges and solutions and to evaluate the impact of 100RC’s programs. She brings over 10 years of experience conducting research and leading evaluations to strengthen social impact programs within nonprofit and academic organizations, with a focus on economic and social inclusion. Prior to joining 100RC, she led monitoring and evaluation for Trickle Up, an international nonprofit dedicated to supporting the world’s most vulnerable populations – including refugees, people with disabilities and indigenous groups – to develop economic resilience in the face of extreme poverty.
